Pickle-Whammy Dip

This dip is SO easy, SO delicious, and SO addicting. You will want to make it for your next work potluck, backyard bbq, ladies night, or even just to have on hand for yourself πŸ˜‰ !

It is so quick and easy, which makes it a great go-to for those last minute plans. This dip whips up in minutes.

Have you ever had those pickle roll ups with the cream cheese and ham? Well, this dip is exactly that but way better and way easier!

You only need three ingredients:
1 package Budding brand beef lunchmeat
1 block cream cheese
1/2 cup – 1 cup chopped baby dill pickles

That’s it!

Your cream cheese should be soft so that it is easy to stir. If it need to be softened a little, place in a microwave safe dish for 10-15 seconds. Add to large mixing bowl.

Next, chop the Budding beef and add to the bowl with the cream cheese.

I like to use baby dill pickles because they are nice and crunchy. Drain the jar to remove the liquid before chopping the pickles. I will eye-ball the amount of pickles I use but start with 1/2 cup and go from there. Add pickles to bowl with cream cheese and beef.

Then, all you have to do is stir and enjoy! Serve with crackers.
